By the way, I saw the most inspirational and wonderful hardcore band of my life last night. The illustrious BANE, who I've always managed to rant about. I love those boys to death.

Since Rogers has assraped me once a month for nearly a year now, I'm switching to Telus. I've researched the companies well, now I just need to know about phones. This is the one I'll probably get:

My main need is text messaging and a good signal. I get into bad spots a lot and with my Motorolla V220, I lose service just about anywhere. That has a little to do with Rogers having terrible coverage (3000 towers in the maritimes as opposed to Telus' 8000+), but also the fact that the phone apparently sucks. I hate Rogers with a passion, and love the support I've gotten with Telus in talking to them in the past six months - so I know that's the company I'm going with. I just need phone ideas. The LG 6190 was shown to me because the rep at Telus knows me decently and knows I hate getting drawn into long conversations by phone, so I tend to just send texts when it's about business. I also loooooove speaker phone. I like the compact flip phones, but really don't want one that's gonna bust on me. My V220 is barely a year old and I was having problems with the flip capability two months after I got it. It also restarts constantly etc and is just a shitty phone.

I use my phone a LOT - both casually and for business - so things wear out easily. I just need to know that this phone has solid features in all areas. Camera's a cute little addition, but it's not actually something I'm seriously looking for in a phone. Pretty much, just tell me if the LG 6190's a decent phone or if I should look at other Telus phones.
